Barbie & Ken: Back Together Again

A gift set Target is promoting.  the dolls are designed for little girls age 3+.
should your baby girl have a boyfriend?I dont like the idea of introducing on-off relationship  or any romantic relationship to small kids at tender age unless their parents are getting divoiced.... these back-together-again, she-said-yes playline dolls  distory the innosense of the little girls.  they can learn these boyfriend girlfriend thing after they reach age of 17.  Helping them to find their talents & interests  is way more important than having a boyfriend or girlfriend.  I hope Mattel wont come up a divorced Midge & Alan playline set anytime soon. but if a set of collector version, I am sure it will have a better market than the wedding day Barbie.
Since this gift set is $5.00,  I dont mind getting one, of course, they broke up again as soon as they arrived at my home-- I only need the Ken doll --since Ken's brithday party is one month away, I am sure I need a couple of  new ken dolls to celebrate his big 50th.

I really think Barbie should move onto someone new,  but she wants to take another look
.... what does she see?

he does have some improvements, his neck & arms now have better movements,  his head and body are now connected better ,  the skintones of  his face & body match. ... way to go...  they have changed his neck knob, but  his head is just not as  moveable as Barbie's .

The winter is long

we just had another snow storm yesterday, the weather wont get warmer until May. the new girls who wear halter tops and slim jeans simply cant survive in such a cold day, besides, it makes me feel chill just by looking at them, so I have them all bundled up...
